why do i have no internet connection on my windows media center.?

apparently i can watch tv on my computer but every time i try to set it up it says there is no internet connection. or i need a tuner card - im new to computers and dont understand....i have broadband so shouldnt it all come thru the socket in the wall???

It sounds like you have internet connection but you still need a tv tuner card and an aerial to watch tv.

Most prewired homes need you to route the cabling to the correct port from the router for your connection to work.

Second, your computer prob. needs a turner card 'CAUSE you really didn't expect the system to come with one just cAUse its windows MC, did you? CMON You cool guy! THAT COST MONEY!
