Please suggest that , how many day to complete this work should take ?

Though SEO and Link Building is a good strategy if done RIGHT. If all these stuff will go to your respective Niche then it is Great otherwise it will harm your rank. For example if you have website related to electronics and your team will submit, comment, blog post or forum posting in beauty related sites then it will be totally USELESS. So make sure if all the above stuff being done RIGHT and WHITE HAT.

I am SEO specialist with more than 6 years experience. I never believe such kind of pre defined packages for link building. SEO strategy maker has to change link building quantity and strategy according to Google behavior against website. flat and fixed packages always lead the site towards penalty.
Better do not trust on this package and ask your on page seo specialist to change it on weekly basis after understanding Google behavior.
