Every site that could give me a proxy site is blocked and when I click the cached version I get on the site but when I enter the site I want to go to without it being blocked (hotmail) it gets blocked. I manage to login to hotmail BUT it just takes me to my "account" and I cant check my inbox etc it's REALLY urgent I need to check my email ASAP I am like freaking out here!!!!!!

"when I click the cached version I get on the site"

No, you are seeing only the cached web page. You are not on the site at all.

It is possible Microsoft knows those are proxy sites and is blocking them from accessing the email.

Here is your problem. Most proxy sites cannot be trusted because they are being run by criminals trying to find information to steal.

When you log in without using a proxy, your IP address is recorded and a cookie is put on your computer. All of your data is encrypted too by the https protocol.

When you log in through a proxy, the proxy IP address is recorded and a cookie is placed on their computer - not your computer. So when you go to look at your email, Hotmail checks for the correct cookie but it does not come from your computer, it comes from the proxy. Thus it determines something is not right and does not allow access to your email. The email is encrypted because your computer has to use https to access it, but the proxy cannot access Hotmail because that would mean https would be needed on top of your own https, and the Hotmail servers won't handle double https.

Why are you using proxy sites anyway?

Use a good VPN.

You may have gotten malware from the proxy.

Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best vpn review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.

I've used this service for years. Lots of options and as cheap as 4 bucks a month. http://www.surfbouncer.com
