What's a good editing website?
I'm making a facebook page thats basically things all teens have to deal with and I need a good picture editing website for it. The name is still being decided but I need a good website as I have said 3 or 4 times now hahaha but anyone would be appreciated

Not sure if a web Based editor is very good.
if your after free software then i suggest Pain.net its 100% free and has a Wide range of effects and tools to make the perfect image. you can get it from the link bellow. and i hope this helps
