Why can't I connect my Xbox to the internet?
I have tried just about everything in the book, from restarting the router to checking the support page on Xbox's site and doing everything there step by step. But some things won't give me enough information to actually finish something or make it work. I have tried to connect it through wireless and even hardwired with the Ethernet cord. Nothing is working. And whats even more crazy is one minute everything will test good except the Xbox live, but I can connect to the network and internet at times. Never have I had a problem connecting to the router though, its everything after that. I'm thinking it could be a firewall problem but I'm not too sure how to fix that and I don't really feel like messing anything up completely. Another problem that I am having is setting up my computer to my Xbox through windows media center. I have tried so many things for that too but got nothing and then that's when the internet started to not work for me. I am not looking to play online really, but I would like to download my profile to the Xbox and a few other things. So any suggestions would be awesome.

P.S. My router is a ZyXel p-663hn-51 and the Xbox is just a 360 slim, not a Xbox one or anything special.

PLEASE HELP!!?? lol

It could be ur modems blocked any ISP that's not listed or is a limited service
When xbox live is disconnected means ur having a internet issue

Turn on your Xbox 360 and navigate to the dashboard's "My Xbox" menu and select "System Settings."

Select "Network Settings" from the resulting menu and select "Configure NetworkUse the left thumb stick to select the"Basic Settings" tab and select "Wireless Mode." Choose the "Scan for networks" option and select your wireless network from the list.
Select "Network Settings" from the next screen.
Press the "Back" button to take you to the "Network Settings" screen and then test your connection. If successful, your Xbox 360 will connect to Xbox Live.

Execute the "Test Xbox Live Connection" option. Your Xbox 360 will test your connection and connect you to Xbox Live.
