is it abb. of otsukaresamadeshita ?

You are right, 乙(otsu) is an Internet slang for お疲れ様でした(otsukaresamadeshita), used quite casually.
The kanji of ä¹™ itself has no connection to the meaning; just the sound.

うｐ is also an Internet slang for upload.
So basically it's "thanks for uploading"
