unable to access my mails?
not computer literate, and is confused as to how else to explain., but there was some pop ups.what do you mean about punctuation? All I need is to get my e-mails as I've been able to in the past, Thank you for you help.

Try to block the popups with Adblock Plus (free plugin)
Clean your browser's cookies, cache etc.
