Instagram page help please (:?

I'm a teenager and make humorous instagram videos for My friends. Lately they been always putting the lagging face emoji and say I should make a page for it . I want to but I know the odds and I know how so many people try and so many fail . I want to make a new page (new one from my personal) and upload my videos just to for fun and see if they catch on. Problem is I need to get followers and I heard there's multiple ways . I really just want atleast like 20k or something so they said but followers but idk if it legit and all that or buy a shout out or account . What do I do ? Thanks !!!

you might get hate and usually your friends are finding your videos so funny because they actually know and care about you but if strangers find videos like that they might be less than amused. good luck but it's going to take a lot of annoying shout outs and self promotion to even get near 20k.
