Absolutely wrong - you shouldn't do this without her permission. A scan is very personal - this might be your nephew-to-be, but at the moment he is a growing fetus inside your sister's body. He isn't yours to hijack and post on your Facebook. You should definitely ask your sister's permission before you post anything like this on your page.

Never post a child's picture online unless you get explicit permission from his or her parents. That includes scan pictures.
