Help!!! i recently uninstalled google chrome?

ok! so! i recently uninstalled google chrome, because my adobe flash player kept crashing... i had the intent to reinstall, but now when i got to reinstall it..it will not install..i really wnat google chrome back...i never realized how bad internet explorer was compared to google chrome until had to start using it again.. it is sooooooooo slow compared to google...does anyone have any soultions

P.s...this is the message that i get (installer download failed. error code = 0x80070002)

Go onto internet explorer and type in google chrome download and try again
