Verizon Wireless customers: Does the $9.99 data package plan include Facebook?

I'm planning on purchasing the Samsung Rogue, and I'm wondering if, since it's advertised as having a "Facebook Widget," does that mean that Facebook is free? I'm so confused- you know Verizon, they never give a straight answer.
