Is it free to post second item on ebay?

So I sold 1 item & it had me type in a credit card or debit card when I posted my first item,than when I posted my second Item it posted it automatically without typing card information,does that mean post that second item was free?

i would advise not to stick any credit/debit card details onto ebay, use PayPal to pay through ebay.
