Skype won't let me pass "I agree-Continue" Why?

I put in all the details and then I click the I agree-continue button but nothing happens. I've tried clicking the button numerous times, refreshing the page, changing the details eg: password and skype name, Closing the internet and restarting the computer. Also I have Windows 7 software

use different browser and update ur windows settings. Clear browser caches and stop all other net software. U can do it in safe mood. No error means no perfect answer.
