Instagram help????? freaking out?

So my friend and i got in a huge fight and she knew my insta password and she changed it she also changed the email what do i do

Contact Instagram. Inform them that you believe your account has been hacked or someone else has your password and has changed the email for the account. Alternatively, you can try to make up with your friend long enough to get her to change the email and/or password back for you to change it to something she doesn't know. Good luck.
