Will Facebook delete my account if I change my age ?
When I first signed up to facebook I lied and said I was born in 1995 (age 17) I am actually born in 1998 ( age13) . I am now old enough to have facebook and wish to change the year of my birth on my profile! Will I be able to change this with out my facebook being deleted/diactivated ?

If your account is 18 on Facebook, no.

If your account is still 17, I'd wait until it's 18. If you're account is under 18, you'll have to send a ticket to get your birthday changed and I wouldn't trust telling a Facebook Developer that I lied about my age. But now since you're 13, they can't disactivate your account, but you never know.
