How do I access Facebook/Twitter share settings?

A few wees ago, I posted a lump of pictures to Facebook, and the app very nicely put all of my pictures into one tweet on my feed saying "I just uploaded 12 pictures to Facebook." When I did it today, all 27 of the pictures I uploaded had an individual tweet! ALL 27. Which had my Twitter followers panicking that I was hacked or something! I can't find the Twitter/Facebook Share settings on either my iPhone NOR on desktop -- and I've tried looking in the Settings module in both Facebook and Twitter on the phone and desktop. Nothing's helping! If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry -- to expand because of that answer: I uploaded the photos to an already-existing album in both instances. I don't know why it's suddenly different.

You might have 'added' photos to an already existing album in one case and newly created an album in the second.
Basic uploader used to cause each photo to appear as an individual tweet
