Copyright to website?

Copyright to website?
If someone take a screen shot of a web page of my website and publish the shot on their website, is it fair to say they have breached the copyright law?

And in the same theory, would 'copy & paste' some text contents of my website to a forum by soneone without permission breach the copyright law too?

And the URLs?

Many thanks!
Well, a stamp forum owner has taken a screenshot of my web page and posted it to his forum without my permission. Then he also added a hyperlink of my website to his forum. Finally, he searched the domain name of my website on nominet.org.uk and published my full name and home address on his forum. I just need to know where I stand on this one!

Yes but you need to be able to prove it, watermark pics and stuff

Depends how much of your website they copy, whether they give you credit, how much of their own work is around it....could just be classed as 'fair use'.
