Why do so many need recovery after being victimized by Jehovah's Witnesses?

I'm A JW for 50+ yrs then I did the honest thing and researched the cult and found out its a cunning scam . Not DFed . I'm living a very busy and fulfilling life helping the myriads of victims of the JW group all over the world.

JW's are zombies...they can only throw scripture at you..they totally lack the ability to communicate with skeptics using the only language they understand and respond to......logic....they don't realize that holy books were written by superstitious people for superstitious people and are totally meaningless to non-superstitious skeptics.

My friend (who is also my mailman) was a Jehova's Witness as a kid. They couldn't own nice things and they didn't celebrate birthdays or holidays because they were taught their whole life that the world would end. As an adult, he cut off his parents, and absolutely cannot stand the JWs. Whenever they come to his door he tells them to never come back. But they always do.

the only thing I can add here is my experience with them...after I invited them in when my husband was not home...hey began to tell me how I should think and act.....

being the lady I am...I most certianly told them to get out, with no unceratian terms...at first they, the 3 of them were going to council me.....but they got my message rather quickly as I began to show some anger
....so if this is their way of moving about within their social circle....I can see where they take over and intimidate easy

All they need to do is to repent and clean their conscience. Then their quilt won't have to eat them up. They know what the future hold for them if they do not repent. That would drive me crazy too.

I was pestered by our local lot recently I tried to be polite... they never got through my door I always dealt with them through a side window as I have a ground floor flat due to disability anyway one in particular called Maria wouldn't take no for an answer and upset me to such a degree I ended up having several seizures so with the help of my friend I wrote a note to their elders (who is the biggest idiot this side of the Pennines) asking him to deal with that particular JW or risk being arrested and prosecuted for harrassment and posted it through the letter box of their kingdom hall... needless to say I haven't seen Maria since. Quite drastic eh?
