Basically me and my family is moving houses and Virgin Media has charged us a double bill (about £40 per bill) and £10 for moving house. They have also signed a new contract with us and they have done all of this without telling us! Is this even Legal? My family is a massive financial crisis right now and we cant afford to pay them £90!! My dad hasn't been working for almost 2 years (because of arthritis) and our shop is about to be taken down by our council.

Someone Please reply A.S.A.P!!

thanks
Yes we have informed them about us moving houses and all they have to do is activate it and set it up (which they have done)
