How to I add links to other tumblr post on a tumblr post?

So, I am writing a story on tumblr, and I've seen that some other stories have links to chapters on post. My story is going to be quite long, and I would like to add links to the other chapters on a post so people dont have to go looking for the other chapters. Also, if I do that, how do I get it so the link says a number (like for chapter 1 it will say "1")

Easiest is to tag the novel posts as novel.

re: chapter 1... shade text, click infinity symbol... paste in link.
Or click html... and add link that way.
