Is she cheating on me? Is true that internet signal in Louisville KY is very bad for Cells or Smartphones?

Hi, I need your help with some information: Is true that the internet signal in Louisville KY is very bad for Cellular and smartphones? even if you send a message via facebook chat, this can arrive to the other person with 15 minutes delay? .. my girlfriend told me that, so is that true? is she deceiving me or cheating on me?

She told me that she was with her friends, even she invited me to chat with them via skype, and then “oh! Signal is bad”..I called her via Skype like 5 times and in the sixth she answered the call, but suddendly she appeared driving home.

She didn't answer my skype calls until she did from her car. Suddendly she appeared driving home telling me "I'm driving, I can't talk" but it supposed she was with her friend 4 minutes ago.

She told me that she sent that message 15 minutes before. Should I believe my girfriend?.

I guarantee you that she is banging other dudes. That's what young, unmarried people do. Especially ones in long distance relationships.

Listen, not just in KY but anywhere, (I live in Illinois), there are sometimes delays in receiving a txt. I've gotten txt messages HOURS later. So, I guess technically speaking it could have happened as she said. But, who knows. Maybe she was trying to trick you and deceive you as to whom she was with. Hard for anyone here to tell being that we don't know her, you or the situation. I think this is one of those things where unless you're willing to cough up a few hundred dollars in a private investigator to spy on her, you'll just have to trust her.

If you don't trust her, then why are you with her??? There are places in the country where cellular service is poor, but in a city the size of Louisville, unless she was outside city limits in a more rural area, it shouldn't be bad...you can check with her wireless carrier's website and see if they have a coverage map posted, so you can see where in the US the signal might be lacking...
