my.yahoo.com not loading?
I attempt to go to my.yahoo.com, the page redirects to https://my.yahoo.com/ and I get a message from the browser indicating that the page has a redirect loop,Google Chrome reports it with this message "This web page has a redirect loop", Firefox has the following message ...

"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Internet Explorer cannot show the page at all.

Note that this occurs if I try to sign into my.yahoo.com, if I remove all cookies so the browser/web site think I am not signed on I get to the page, however, if I try to sign on this is what happens.

Note that this worked fine till about 11pm eastern time tonight (31st March 2014).
It's 11:30pm EST on 31st March 2014 and the page is back. I still get the banner indicating that a new att.net version of My Yahoo will be upgraded though.

Hey there,

It sounds like your issue has already been resolved. We have also been migrating users to the new version of My Yahoo.

If you're still having issues, I'd recommend attempting some troubleshooting to help fix this problem. Check out the article below for details.

Fix browser and feature problems on Yahoo
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...&y=PROD_MY

You also may want to try using another browser as a workaround. The article above can also assist with this.

I hope this helps!
