How do I schedule automated emails on outlook.com?

Hello Answerers,

I have an outlook.com email account. I'd like to know how I can schedule an email message to be sent to someone automatically once or twice a month. Please note it's not an auto-respond for when I'm on holiday, nor is it for the outlook desktop app, it's for outlook webmail.

you can create some recurring meeting invite and mention the mail time and recipients there.
