Hacked Twitter account?

So basically one of my twitter accounts has been compromised and it appears as if they've changed the email too. The person who is currently on my account is impersonating me and hasnt mentioned anything about my account. Is there anyone willing to contact me on my secondary twitter (@mama_umbridge) via DM that can hack the account back for me? Im a bit of a n00b and have no clue how to do it myself

If you have any one problem from the following points...

i. Noticed unexpected Tweets by your account
ii. Seen unintended direct messages (DMs) sent from your account
iii. Observed other account behaviors you didn't make or approve (like following, unfollowing, or blocking)
iv. Received a notification from us stating that your account may be compromised
v. Received a notification from us stating that your account information has changed, and you didn't change it
vi. Noticed your password is no longer working and you are being prompted to reset it

Then you should take following steps.

1. Change your password
2. Make sure your email address is secure
3. Revoke connections to third-party applications
4. Update your password in your trusted third-party applications
