My dad works for Comcast so he knows a lot about technology and stuff. But sometimes I watch porn on my phone on wifi because 3G is too slow, so my question is even if I turn on private browsing and delete the history can he still view my history somehow since I'm on the houses wifi

he can if he checks the logs on your router and pings those ip's

I agree with King of Pain, it is very possible for him to look at router logs and find out. The only thing that might hide it is a proxy server but I suspect your under 18 so you should not be looking at porn anyhow.

The private browsing and delete history will only keep the data from your phone. If on your home network it is capturing the sites that are visited its still possible, but not sure how probable it is that he would check.

Do a search for mobile anonymous browsing, and follow those steps.
