Why cant i sign into instagram?

Yesterday i open up instagram and its not signed in. So i sign in but it says my account was deleted. I know its not cause no matter whos account i go into it says that. But when i go from my brothers phone it works. I had this problem on my ipad before i had a iphone. Now it happened again. I really hate it cause i need my instagram! Please help!!!

try to change your password using other device..
make sure that your date time setting is true, because Instagram using security encryption..
if your date wrong you can not log in to your account
