Yes. There's actually a line in the Yahoo Terms and Agreements that says "if you accept, we will report the hell out of your questions and grant you no appeals".

i didn't read the terms and conditions during the yahooanswers update and now i found out my questions can't be deleted because apparently they own my questions now :/
