Internet problems , please help im just tired of this?

Im not the best when it comes to computers so ill try my best to clearly explain

1- I use 2 devices , my pc and my iphone
2- Both are connected wirelessly
3- The iphone works flawlessly
4- The computer does not , I just cant load anything at all
5- I ran a speed test on both devices
Phone : 46 ping 13.02 download 0.67 upload
PC : 56 ping 1.02 download 0.67 upload
6 - It just started to happen all of a sudden , I cant play any games on it anymore because I can connect to them but then theres so much lagg like for example in league of legends it will just say attempting to reconnect for ages and ages
7 - I thought it was my wireless adapter however in my fathers house it works just fine
8 - Could it be my desk interferring with the signal?
