Why I can't get my notification on twitter with my iphone?

I choose serveal methods like
Setting->Notifications ->Twitter
i turn of the options,but i still can't have any notification when someone dm,tweet,retweet or favorite my tweets
Please help,everyone

To enable push notifications from an official Twitter app:
1. Open up your official Twitter application.
2. Tap on the Me tab and then select Settings.
3. Next, tap on your account and then Notifications under your account settings.
4. Tap the type of notification you'd like to receive. Swipe to ON. For many notifications options, you can also select who you'd like to receive those notifications from.
