Hello, I just want to thank you so much for pressing my question, so here's my story. Please don't hate. I need some opinions from other people, as most of my friends and family can't give me an answer.

His name is G. Or let's call him that. I really do like him. Last year we would talk in English (Year 9) and he told me a few personal stories about him. He loves gaming (and I love it too) and I find him my type.

Now, I was pretty messed up by my friend, Cars, who left the school at the end of last year. She would kind-of try to embarrass me when I sat next go him, for example, once she went so far that she said I wanted his nutz. It may seem funny but it really freaked me and him out. As the school year finished, In the holidays I lost 15kg (I was obese) and I looked after myself with healthy food and exercise. I have some toning but other than that I find that I look way better than before (I was 90 Kg).

I mostly did this for myself. But I must admit. He was a part of what kept me going.

I noticed, that he's kinda shy. But one thing that I realised (a friend of mine that's a friend of him too) told me that he liked another girl. Call her Lo. Typical blonde girl, skinny, you know what I mean.
He also told him that he liked me as a friend (this was last year).

Just a thing about Him: he never replies to my texts, we have 29 mutual friends on Facebook (he even friended some of my friends) but he never friends me. And I'm still too chicken to send a new request. Also he told me that he didn't Txt me because he had a virus on his phone, when I texted him on my mum's phone and he replied



This year, we are both year 10. And I've noticed that he's been looking at me in geography, I kinda try act cool with my friends around him (just laughing when walking past, smiling and just having Fun). I asked the same friend who told me that he liked Lo. That there's a chance he might like me. Mostly because I told him about last year and how he talked to me. This guy must have alot of patience. I was a pretty big idiot last year.

Anyways, so today, after what, 8 months of not texting him, and 5 months of not talking to him (he has his friend group, kinda awkward if I walk up, plus we don't sit together anymore as we are not in the same English class, we were allocated seats last year) I texted him this, hoping that maybe he would reply this time.
I had his number because he was my Spanish buddy last year lol.

Me: 'Hi G, it's Steph'
Me: "How's stuff going?'

He hasn't replied yet. It's been what, four hours now. But it's nearly midnight. I want to befriend G, get to know him more. Then go from there. Also does he like me? Just walking up to him is weird. Please help xx thanks Steph ALL REPLIES APPRECIATED <3

chill. if he replies, then it's good but don't take it otherwise. u can befriend him on fb, send him a frnd req. if he doesn' seem interested remember there are billions of guy in d world.
