AmI going to get in trouble for using the deep web?
Purely out of general curiosity I downloaded Tor and started browsing the various onion sites on the hidden wiki. Some of them were pretty messed up like hiring assassins and stuff like that. Anyway, now my curious mind has been satisfied, can I go back to using google chrome and not have to worry about the weird and probably illegal sites that I have seen. I don't want any trouble over this and I don't want to end up getting arrested.

If you bought anything or delved any deeper, then you'd be breaking the law. I don't think you'd be in trouble if you were just curious. I did the same thing and never got charged or anything.
