How can I greatly increase traffic to my sports blog?

I have a great sports blog http://danishsports.sportsblog.com/ and really want it to get more views. I already am using twitter and PinTrest. Any other ideas?

You need to be more active in social media platform. Do you have many followers on twitter? You need to gather more followers, you have to follow more people with the same interest, retweet relevant tweets.

You're already using twitter, why not use facebook? People are more engage in facebook so you should create a facebook page for you site. Use bookmarking sites, StumbleUpon, G+. Blog commenting works too.

And, I always say this, content is the key! If you have interesting and original content, visitors of your site will keep coming, promote your posts and refer the site to friends.

For my blog I have found that the best websites to use are Twitter, Facebook, Ask.fm ( that one is surprising) and StumbleUpon.
Twitter and facebook both need you to have lots of followers in order to do well, in my opinion, but you can build these over time. StumbleUpon lets you just add your website, and if people type in something like "Vintage" it will come up with Vintage things.
