I cant like or comment on a photo.?

Hi guys.
I am not able to like one boy's photo on his account since Jan 2014 .When i open his profile there is just option for share .But when i scroll down and see posts before 2014 i could like or comment on it.Now we both are not friends on facebook.So i am not in restricted people and i can see his every new post so i am not blocked also.

So plz tell whats happening with me.
