Can people see instagram comments you make?

I was bored and did the lblblb thing not realising what it meant. Will my followers see all the comments I post on other peoples pictures? Even if they're not following them? Don't want my friends to think i'm thirsty for likes lol.

There is an option on instagram when you go to the news button, at the top there is a button to switch it to people your following and they can see if you like or comment on someone's picture. I don't think a lot of people choose this option so it would be very unlikely that anyone sees your comment.
