I need buy a wifi...?

I am staying in England for about 3 months from now on and I really need internet! I bought sim card which has unlimited internet and a hotspot but it is way too slow to watch such as youtube videos in hd on my laptop... so i am planning to buy an actual wifi router or just a dongle? I have little knowledge with these broadbands and it would be great if you guys could tell me the good product name and offers the broadbands have.

Comcast has really good wifi so you could watch youtube videos smooth but the downside is that comcast charges alot!!! My recommendation is Verizon theres is pretty cheap and gives good wifi speed.

P.S. since you watch your youtube videos in HD it shows them to you in High definition which can really slow down the video also depending on what laptop you have so what im saying is watch a youtube video on the recommended definition and maybe that will help good luck
