internet on my xbox wont work!?

Ive done everything that the tutorials have said to do, (bridged connections auto ip thingy etc) it connects to my laptop but wont connect to the internet I keeps saying something about mtu-help. .. im going through the wireless hotspot on my galaxy s4. It used to work without the bridge though the laptop. Please help :/

Is your Tv cable connected? That may be your problem
