What are the steps for creating a website? Any suggestions on how to start this?

The best website to get is a Wordpress one. They come packed with features and are pre-search engine optimized. I've attached a website link of a car repair service to give you an idea of what a site can look like. The other link can give you an idea of where to look to have a site set up.

well, in your case the best way would be to hire somebody else to do such website for you,
blogs like blogger or wordpress seem not to be suitable for that.

simply google for companies that specialize in web development, like f. ex. this one: http://www.e-studio.biz.pl/en/index.php

and ask them to help - if your site is to be simple, is should be not expensive as well.
