How to comment on a facebook page as a different facebook page?

I want to comment on a facebook page
I made a facebook page (a different one) and i want to comment on the first fb page i mentioned as the one i made.

Please help :]

put it this way:

I made a page called "dogs"
i would like to comment on a page called "cats"
i can only comment on cats as myself.
i want to comment on cats as dogs
how?
