Confused on what this guys tweets are implying?

Very confused. We had a serious thing going and i visited him at college but after that things kinda just died. It just ended very unclearly. He said basically we weren't going to talk as much and he realized that having me up visiting him made him realize he wasn't ready to have a girl come visit him. The day I left from visiting him he tweets "Quiet content" which confused me. Then within the past 4 days have tweeted stuff like "whats the point of it, just wanna get beat down?" or "in a haze right now" and "too much negativity"

These can have absolutely nothing to do with me but its just so coincidental and I can't help but think at least one of those relates to me. Any inputs on what the tweets can mean?

He's probably tweeting these things to get your attention. Since things died out he's just speaking through twitter on how he feels but he should be talking to you
