I am trying to open a website about Call of Duty and was wondering what kind of features to put on it. i ran out of ideas need help.

You should expand a little bit more. Are you thinking about making a COD tutorial wiki where you give tips or what? Although this is a good idea, there will be a lot of competition since the COD series is so popular. I am just giving you a heads up. I am not trying to discourage you. But you could add gameplay tips or have cool COD gameplay videos from youtube embedded on your site.
