Free market research for you. Should have done the job properly in the first place.

1) 3.
2) Terrible logo. Stark background with way out of date colours and design. Unacceptably slow. If you want more and detailed feedback, make it worth my while.
3) amateur. Or tight fisted git that won't pay a professional designer to do it properly.
4) Did you hear that sound? That is the sound of the universe being put under unprecedented stress by the amount of unrealistic optimism of this question. That page looks like an "established business" as much as I look like George Clooney after I've had ten minutes (which is how long it looks like you spent working on that page) in the gym. Short answer: no.

Good SEO! But I agree that the Logo can be worked better. I like the bottom half of the site and looks professional. I like your menus and drop downs but the images under the menu can be changed a bit.
