What is "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt "?
What does this command means??
I am having problems in my computer like I had Google chrome as my browser and one day it was totally white, blank. I tried searching in the url but everything was blank. Then I downloaded other browser like Mozilla Firefox, opera etc. But everything is black and crashed . So I searched and I found this command "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt " to enter in CMD. I wanted to ask that this reboot can harm my computer ? Or all files that I have in my pc will be deleted ?

Please help me .
Thank you.
