How to forget a guy who made it difficult for me to forget him?

He did lots of stuff to make sure I did not forget him. It's ruining me.

You need to rid yourself of everything that reminds you of him. pictures, gifts he gave you, movies you wathced together, EVERYTHING. Also delete and block his number, facebook, instragram, twitter, ect. Eventually you will think of him less and less until he completely disapears from your mind. Good luck!

Stop trying to forget him. You never will, it's about being able to accept that he was apart of your life at a time and now it's time to close that chapter and start something fresh and new. He's in the past now, leave him there!
