Just feeling depressed often?
I am a high school senior. I have a small group of friends and I work 2 jobs. I work at a golf club and at my local college as a pizza baker. I am also a fairly introvert guy. I can be friendly but feel people just pretend to be friendly back and just ignore me which sometimes I am ok with. I also really struggle with what to do about this girl. I went to school with her older sister but shes at another different local high school but will be going to the college i work at while I will be going to a different college in the area but will still be working at the college cooking. I have never met her sister but I randomly came across her on facebook and see her all over social media twitter etc. She also works at a local food place in my town. I really want to talk to her and at the same time just want to move on and forget her. This really bugs me just feeling introvert and always figuring out what I should do about her i have even considered messaging her but I just don't want to feel like a creep.

I am wondering if you also have OCD along with depression. This has really been bugging you, and you are not able to let it go. You are also not able to shake the depression.

Have you gone to a psychiatrist yet to see if you have significant issues with either depression or OCD? Both are very treatable, so you do NOT have to continue to live in this misery or agitation!

Remember, you are doing well. You have a great work ethic. You have plans for college. You have the grit to save up for college and a car. Your life is laid out well. You know, logically, that all is going well. Therefore, the depression is illogical and, well, depression.

As for your issue with the girl: as we have said before, it is only temporary. she will be leaving in a month (three at the most). If you think it will be worth it, then reach out.

If you feel you need to work on your social skills, get with a psychologist.

Make sense?
