Do search engine indexes multilingual keywords on dynamic web pages?

Currently I am working with an automobile spare parts manufacturing company, which aims to target its potential customers in many countries of different languages. In order to make search engine search more comprehensive against our parts, we translate all our part names to major languages of the world and we would like to use these names as keywords of our webpages. But at the same time we are generating our webpages dynamically by using PHP.
Like I have translated a part name into many known and famous language and its example is given under:

Can i use these multilingual keywords in my webpages as meta keywords, and do they benefit us for search engine optimization according to search made in native language of a country?

Hi,
Entering all these keywords in meta keywords will not be help as Meta Keywords are no longer used as a factor for Search Engines. Google, Bing and Yahoo stopped using Meta Keywords since a few years ago.

If you have a website that targets multiple countries, I would suggest creating a subdomain or subfolder for each country and add a hrerlang tag to target the specific country. Search Engines will understand that those sites are targeting different countries and you can avoid duplicate content and will also appear on search results for that specific country.
