Ebay seller fee question Urgent?

I list my first two items on Ebay, one item sold for $115, and the other didn't sell. I go onto my account and there's a $11.50 seller fee. Why is the seller fee so damn high, is this normal?

Their fees are based on different things. Auction style listings, fixed price listings, category, all the different bells and whistles you add on.
