How do I get Swedish advertisements to stop showing up on my Facebook page and in my email sidebar?

I lived in Sweden over the summer. While there, I started seeing Swedish ads on my FB/email pages. It was fine then because I was in Sweden. But now I'm back in the U.S. and would prefer to see English-language/American ads again. How do I make this switch? Is there a manual method?

logout all of your accounts, (facebook,mail,etc) and login this could change the adds. sory for bad english.

If you download Adblock to your firefox or explorer, all of your ads will disappear.
