Will i still be banned after reset?

I was banned on cursecraft.net for anti-knockback and like all bans on that server, it was permanent. However, before i got banned there was a lot of talk about the server reset which is happening very soon. I was wondering if i will still be banned when there server resets or if the ban will go away because i am starting fresh on a new map. Thanks in advance.

you will still be banned... being banned is stored on a blacklist file which is separate from the minecraft world
