My main keywords not ranking with my site?

I m confused why my main keywords not ranking in google with my own web-page before that keywords rank first on google but now all main keywords not rank........
Plz anyone can tell me reason behind it..........

well firstly, it seems like your google pagerank is 0 so it will take a while before your results show on the first page of google...you need to focus on building more organic backlinks and also try to do more social networking so that you get more traffic by word of mouth...additionally, you could probably try to have an ad campaign for a month or two to give a boost to the traffic flow...once your name starts spreading, your pagerank will also improve ,as long as the info you rpovide is useful and spam-free

I suggested in an earlier reply that you might have made excess use of those keywords (stuffed keywords) that might have caused a Penguin filter penalty.

You do rank for those keywords

As I understood it, individual pages can be removed from the index for a period of time as a penalty, I have not hear of just lowering ranking, might be just a reflection of a lack of overall site authority.
