why does my boyfriends cousin keep doing this?

Hes a grown man in his 30s!!!! He added me on fb I accepted then 10 mins later, he unfriend me! He friends me again one week later, I accepted, he unfriend me again like a week later! 
He adds me again and this time I rejected it, he adds me again and i just leave it pending so he cant add me again.
Then he leaves a post on his wall saying "Im really wishing *name* would accept my friend request". I dont like him I was just being friendly accepting his friend request since hes my boyfriends cousin, but why is he being so odd???
